Back in hot humid Singapore.

Arriving at the Changi airport after another year has passed again, was definitely pleasant for me. My dear, my Patricia ah mei & a friend of hers, Jess & ashley were all there to receive me. =) Thanks sweethearts. I love you all.

Patrica's eyes were welled up in tears while hugging me, as usual. haha! that silly girl.

Dear surprised me with a bouquet of red roses & a new Nokia 6110 Navigator (white colour) cos' he knew I love white! How sweet of him! :D

Then, we proceeded to my gf, G's hse to surprise her. I already made plans with her whole family and hanxiang (who overslept & couldn't come to fetch me frm the airport as planned!) to help me keep my coming to spore a secret. I called hanxiang once I reached, & he lured G out to the door. There, I squatted behind the rubbish bin (yes, a rubbish bin) and slowly inside to her front door without her knowing and stood beside it. Once she walked out of the front door, I pounced on her & hugged her from behind! ***You don't need a fool to guess what happened after that*** haha!

Well my first 3 days in Singapore was pretty well-spent apart from the fact that it was only yesterday that I got to exchange my Australian currency! Which means, I had to "window-shop" for the 1st two days in Spore and it was only yesterday I got to buy a pair of shoes for damn cheap, a handful of earrings for like damn cheap & a bag for damn cheap also.

Btw, food in Spore is DAMN CHEAP as well! Considering the fact that I always pay at least AU$10 for a normal meal and AU$4o for a steak meal, what is SGD$2.50 for my favourite bowl of prawn noodles, fish noodles, mee soto or chicken rice?

Also, the cab fare. Holy-moly macaroni! Even after Spore has increased it's taxi charges a little, it's still as cheap as taking one in Brisbane. Good for me in that sense, at least they'll still get to earn my taxi expenditures through me, cos if it inceases to like what it is in Brisbane, I'll probably be better off renting a car (since THE parents are NOT here with me). Sigh.
